Johnson ORDINANCE NO. 10158 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 7700 BLOCK OF BASSWOOD DRIVE, FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO M-3 WAREHOUSE AND WHOLESALE ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. _______________________ SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7700 block of Basswood Drive, being on the northwest line of Basswood Drive at Bonny Oaks Drive. Lot 5 and the south 58 feet of lot 4, Subdivision of the Remaining Part of Tract "A", Eastern Hills, as shown by plat of record in plat book 29, page 135, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 4055, page 446, ROHC. Tax Map No. 129L-C-6 (part) and 6.1. from R-3 Residential Zone to M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Approved only to a depth equal to the M-3 zone across Basswood Drive; 2. Subject to a natural sight-obscuring screen along the north line of the property; 3. Access to Bonny Oaks Drive only; 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
